All recipe text, method guides and regional notes on Numturel are original to the site, except where a page cites a specific outside source.

Typefaces

Fraunces is used for headings and Inter for running text. Both are published under the SIL Open Font License and delivered through Google Fonts.

Imagery

An entry without its own photograph displays a plain designed tile, never a stock picture of an unrelated dish. Any photograph added later is either made for Numturel or used under a proper licence, and no image is loaded from another website.

Citations

Citations stay on the page whose claim they support. A specific historical or regional statement that needs a source lists it at the foot of that entry, and no combined bibliography is kept here.
