Permitted use

Access is free. Pages may be read, searched, filtered and printed, and links may be passed on to others, for personal cooking, teaching or reference use that is not commercial.

Ownership of content

Recipes, written guides and original photographs belong to Numturel unless a page says otherwise. Republishing a substantial part of the text or images elsewhere as the republisher's own work requires permission. A brief quotation is acceptable when it is clearly attributed and linked back to the source page.

Absence of warranty

Recipes and guides are supplied for information and for cooking. Methods are tested and regional claims are checked, but results depend on ingredients, equipment and technique, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. The Disclaimer covers this further, food safety included.

Form submissions

A sender using the Contact or Corrections form agrees not to submit anything unlawful, abusive or knowingly false, and confirms that the information supplied is theirs to share.
